Residential Security Sales
Account Manager - Wireless Sales Apex Communications is currently recruiting for outgoing and self-motivated
individuals who are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in sales
and account management. This position is an integral part of the overall objective
of Apex Communications. We are one of Telus Mobility’s largest authorized
dealers and provide unique business solutions to fulfill any consumer or business
need. The Account Manager provides tailored support to all of their clients
and proactively searches to increase their account base and sales revenue.
Responsible for…
- Dealing with in-store customers in a courteous manner, and using probing
questions to target their specific needs
- Setting a daily agenda of what you will accomplish during that day
- Practicing and role playing prospecting techniques (using scripts and other
resources) with co-workers and manager
- Exceeding the minimum standards for prospecting activities (which include
daily business-to business cold calls and networking)
- Taking the initiative to learn more about the products and services offered
by Telus Mobility
- Actively meeting with potential corporate accounts to conduct product demonstrations
and inform them how you can bring added value to their organization
- Following up on all accounts and scrutinizing them to uncover hidden opportunities
- Completing all necessary paperwork pertinent to your own work and account
management
- Processing activity reports and summarizing your own daily performance
- Actively searching and following up with any potential leads
