This position is an integral part of our Consumer Sales Team. APEX
operates 10 locations throughout the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area
in British Columbia. With APEX being in business for over 20 years
means each location has a loyal following. In our experience, consumers
typically replace their cellular phones once every 2 years which presents
a nice re-occurring income opportunity for our staff. Introducing new
TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH) products such as TELUS TV, ADSL and Home
bundles are also excellent sources of income to our reps.

Responsible for ...
- Servicing of walk-in clients whether it's for Sales or Service.
- Providing product and rate plan recommendations to consumer clients.
- Manage and follow-up with a portfolio of 2000 Consumers
- Participate in a daily, scheduled Consumer Follow-up session with fellow
Consumer Sales Reps in your office.
- Actively research, prospect and follow up with potential referral opportunities.
- Introduce new TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH) products such as TELUS
TV, ADSL and Home bundles APEX …

- Has designed a comprehensive in-house Inside Sales training program that
introduces you to all aspects of the position
- Introduces you to the TELUS e-training portal to help you familiarize
yourself with all the TELUS products and services we offer.
- Support of a Store Sales Manager who will provide one-on-one coaching
techniques to further develop your professional skill set.
- Provides cutting edge solutions and tools to differentiate APEX from
other dealers.
- Provides monthly awards and contests.

- Completion of post-secondary coursework in a business related program

Team. APEX employs the largest B2B sales force amongst the TELUS
dealer channel across the country. APEX manages several of the
largest TELUS accounts exclusively across the country utilizing an industry
leading e-Portal for Business solution.
This is a full time opportunity for the right individual wanting to
be successful in business sales. APEX provides you with the necessary
resources and training you will need to learn about business to business
selling, account management, and how to treat your portfolio as if it's
your own business.

For this position, you will be required to:
- Participate in weekly scheduled Enterprise Prospecting sessions with
fellow B2B Sales Reps in your office.
- Actively research, prospect and follow up with potential local business
opportunities.
- Meeting with potential accounts to conduct product demonstrations
and inform them how you can bring added value to their organization
- Provide tailored support to assigned business clients while proactively
research ways to increase their account base and sales revenue.
- Providing product and rate plan recommendations to business clients.
